Congratulations to Salma Bafagih, this year's three minute thesis 3MT® winner at Ontario Tech University!
Salma presented her research on understanding Canadians’ food literacy and its broader impact to a panel of judges in just three minutes. Salma's presentation "What’s on your plate? Examining predictors of food literacy among Canadian adults" proceeded to the finals from the preliminary round with only 5 other students, and advanced to the Provincial Finals in May at the University of Toronto.
The Three Minute Thesis (3MT®), is an annual competition organized by the university’s School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (SGPS). Graduate students are given three minutes to present their research and its wider impact to a panel of non-specialist judges. Students are allowed just one slide to present their research.
Please join us in congratulating Salma for this significant accomplishment.
