Salma At the National 3MT Showcase

We were extremely proud to watch as Salma gave her presentation at the National Three Minute Thesis 3MT® Showcase on November 6th, 2025 in Ottawa. Participation at the national level is a significant achievement and Salma earned her spot after taking second place at the Ontario Regional 3MT® Competition in Toronto and first place at the Ontario Tech University 3MT® competition.
Salma’s presentation, titled “What’s on Your Plate?” discussed the importance of measuring food literacy and its predictors among Canadian adults. Salma did a phenomenal job representing the Arcand Lab and Ontario Tech University.
