Beatriz Franco-Arellano
Research Associate | PhD
Dr. Beatriz Franco-Arellano is a part-time Research Associate in the Arcand lab, following her appointment as a Postdoctoral Fellow. Her research interests include applying qualitative research methods for nutrition and public health.
Dr. Franco-Arellano holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto, a MSc. in Production and Operations Management (Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden) and a B.Sc. in Engineering in Food Industries (ITESM, Mexico).
Dr. Franco-Arellano has extensive experience managing research operations across multiple sectors (academic, regulatory affairs, product development).​
